Position Summary

SiteStaff is seeking 6-8 proven sales professionals to champion business development from our new office. This role will be responsible for generating new clients and managing accounts via live webinar and over the phone, conducting detailed presentations, and calculated marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition at rates beyond our achievement before.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
  • Place outbound initial and follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to a formal presentation or demo.
  • Conduct well-researched, prospect-centered presentations, asking strategic questions, answering questions about the product details, the company, and determining whether there are like-minded connections that drive the process forward.
  • Construction and maintenance of strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain 100% commitment to and full accountability of HubSpot CRM data entry and the SiteStaff sales process.
  • Perform dedicated account management protocols, including generating referral sales from deeply respected clients.
  • Meet key performance metrics, personal/team qualitative and quantitative daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Determined, focused and driven leader-mentality, with the innate ability to thrive within a focused, high-energy and highly productive team environment.


Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Denver-based
  • Best-in-class interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Previous direct sales required with a track record of overachieving quota
  • Tele-sales experience a plus, but not required
